services are performed on an hourly fee basis. Construction documents and construction
management services can be performed on an hourly, fixed fee or percentage of construction

We can provide complete construction services via various delivery methodologies
including traditional Design/Bid/Build, Construction Management, and Design/Build
through an affiliated construction company.
