ARCHITECTURAL FEES

We provide architectural fees on an hourly or project basis. Typically, preconstruction services are performed on an hourly fee basis. Construction documents and construction management services can be performed on an hourly, fixed fee or percentage of construction cost basis. Since each project and client has different requirements, please contact us for information on our compensation structure.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

VALUE ENGINEERING

We can provide complete construction services via various delivery methodologies including traditional Design/Bid/Build, Construction Management, and Design/Build through an affiliated construction company.

We believe in a principle called “Value Engineering”, or as one client interpreted it, “getting more bang for the buck”. The concept is to evaluate the design, materials and systems to see if similar results can be achieved with less expensive alternatives. The goal is not to attain just the lowest initial cost, but the best value. The distinction between cost and value is that the value of an item remains long after the cost is forgotten.

Design is always the preeminent service an Architect provides, but our range of available services are more extensive. Services include budgeting, programming, pro formas,  site evaluation, feasibility studies, building and zoning code reviews, site and building design, interior design, construction documents, construction observation, construction management, building evaluation, coordinating independent consultants
